There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

I write to praise Jenny Burden. I listed my house at 2800 Burney Dr.

with Prudential/The Andrea Reynolds Team in March of 2008. The house

sold in February of 2009. While some might imagine that the listing

agent would be at least partly responsible for the house being on the

market for so long, I believe the opposite to be true: if it hadn’t

been for the continued dedication and evident hard work of Ms. Burden,

I imagine the house might still be sitting unsold.

I commend Jenny for her good attitude and continued enthusiasm over

what seemed like a very long time to continue to hold open houses,

show the property, an—most importantly—keep the house and yard in

shape to show and sell. This responsibility fell entirely on her once

I moved to the Kansas City area in the summer of 2008. I felt entirely

comfortable entrusting these and many other tasks to her.

Andrea Reynolds and her team were our agents for selling our old home and the purchase of our new home. She and her team are, without question, THE best real estate agents we’ve ever dealt with, personally or professionally. On Mary Lane Sloan...

Although we ultimately chose not to purchase the home at 434 Joshua Street, we did want to comment on the performance of our buyer’s agent, Mary Lane Sloan. Her dedication, counseling, and professionalism have left a last impression on us.

Mary Lane is one of the hardest-working people we know. Despite the fact that she was blackberry messages, often had answers to questions before we asked them, and provided information and advice practically upon request. She volunteered to handle every task that arose and was incredibly proactive about solving our problems.

Mary Lane was also very generous with her time and advice. We felt that her counseling was very balanced, knowledgeable, and reliable. More importantly, however, Mary Lane appreciates the art of diplomacy. She intuitively understood when we needed space and time to consider our options. In our experience, proactive people rarely have this trait.

Finally, Mary Lane’s loyalty and professionalism impressed us. In our case, there were several times when we knew or suspected that Mary Lane did not agree with our decisions, but she was nonetheless sincerely supportive and loyal at every turn. Again, our experience, this is more the exception than the rule, and we believe that it makes a big difference in the professional world. While we did not ultimately purchase the house at issue, Mary Lane’s approach to the final result has made fans of us both, and we will be spreading the word to our friends at every opportunity.

Zach and I can’t thank you enough for all the hard work, long hours & patience you put into helping us find our new home.
