My name is J.T. Livingston I was raised in a military family all my life and have experienced many cultures and places. I was born in Germany and traveled back to the United States when I was one year old. We moved to South Carolina (Ft. Jackson) and then to Fayetteville, North Carolina (Fort Bragg) for about eight years. We soon moved back to Germany so I could see where I was born. Europe is one place I would love to go back to and I would suggest it to anyone.
My family and I moved to Columbia, South Carolina on December 27, 1990. They bought a house in Irmo about five minutes from Lake Murray. I attended Irmo Middle School and Irmo High School where I played football, ran track and was a weight lifter. When I graduated I attended Midlands Tech and later changed from Business Management to attend Southeastern School for Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy. I later decided to attend Real Estate School for Success to become a real estate agent. I am now an agent working with Prudential Midlands Real Estate.
I have now lived in Irmo for seventeen years and am very familiar with the area. I work with buyers and sellers in Columbia, however growing up in Irmo I am specializing in the Ballentine, Chapin, Lake Murray and Irmo areas.
